This is where I’m staying, along the coast from Surfers Paradise – it’s just absolutely fabulous. The birds in the garden are a noisy lot, especially early evening when the parrots come to drink the nectar from a particular flower and then are drunk and chattering away like mad. Not at all like us!

Never mind surfer’s paradise, looks like Vera’s paradise. As for noisy birds – Vera, remember they will need feeding like the ones in my garden!!!
